Proper Use and Responsibility WaiverBy renting equipment from Mi Fiesta Party Rentals, the customer agrees to the following terms and conditions: Equipment Care: The customer agrees to take reasonable care of all rented equipment during the rental period. Any damage caused by neglect or misuse will be the responsibility of the customer, and additional charges may apply. Power and Water: The customer is responsible for providing their own power and water sources as required for the operation of rented equipment. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that adequate power and water are available at the rental location. Damage Liability: The customer agrees not to damage any rented equipment. In the event of damage beyond normal wear and tear, the customer will be responsible for repair or replacement costs, as determined by Mi Fiesta Party Rentals Additional fees may apply.

Liability InformationThis Liability Waiver Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into as of Time of Rental, between Mi Fiesta Party Rentals ("Provider") and the customer ("Customer"). 1. Assumption of Risk: Customer acknowledges and understands that the rental and use of bounce houses, inflatable bounce house pools, mechanical bulls, margarita machines, tables and chairs, and canopy rentals (collectively referred to as "Equipment") involve inherent risks and dangers, including but not limited to falls, collisions, and equipment malfunctions. Customer voluntarily assumes all risks associated with the rental, setup, operation, and use of the Equipment. 2. Release of Liability: Customer, on behalf of themselves, their heirs, assigns, executors, and successors, hereby releases, waives, discharges, and holds harmless Provider, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or in any way related to the rental, setup, operation, or use of the Equipment, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or any other harm or loss suffered by Customer, their guests, or any third parties. 3. Indemnification: Customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Provider from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees and costs, arising out of or in any way related to Customer's rental, setup, operation, or use of the Equipment, or any breach of this Agreement by Customer. 4. Inspection and Supervision: Customer acknowledges that it is their responsibility to inspect the Equipment upon delivery and ensure its proper setup and operation. Customer further agrees to supervise the use of the Equipment at all times during the rental period and to ensure that all users follow any provided safety guidelines and instructions. 5. Use of Equipment: Customer agrees to use the Equipment only for its intended purpose and in accordance with any provided instructions, guidelines, or safety precautions. Customer shall not tamper with, modify, or misuse the Equipment in any way. 6. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Texas/United States of America], without regard to its conflict of laws principles. 7. Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding and agreement between Provider and Customer concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements and understandings, whether oral or written. 8. Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the validity, legality, and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected or impaired thereby. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Agreement as of the date a contract was formed.

Do I need to make a deposit on a reservation?We kindly request a small deposit to secure your reservation. This deposit ensures availability for others and guarantees the reservation for your event.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?Cancellations once a deposit is made must be done ONE WEEK (7 days) PRIOR to your reservation date. In order to receive a refund on your deposit, failure to contact before the deadline in regards to a cancellation will result in no refund of your deposit.

What payment methods do you accept?We accept all major bank debit and credit cards online. We also accept Cashapp, Venmo, PayPal, Zelle and cash in person.
